About Sparklehorse Media

A web design and technical support agency dedicated to your success.

I provide personalized web and database development, training and consultation for small to medium size business owners.

Our agency is intentionally small, nimble and able to identify your online strengths and weaknesses.

Whether your goal is growing traffic to your site, improving your online process, or adding a secure payment system, my clients consider me a reliable and trustworthy member of the team.

I love puzzles and problem solving

I am a WordPress and FileMaker developer, radio host and pro-blogger with over eighteen years experience helping business owners, school administrators and end users reach their technology goals.

I provide my clients with a level of personal support that a typical agency can’t or won’t. You are never another “account” to me. While working as an independent contractor with a limited clientele, I will provide you with a level of service, patience and communication that my clients use and value. Have a question? Need an explanation? I want you to understand as much about your online business as you choose to. Too busy, just need the bullet points? No problem, I do this often and can provide client contact referrals.

Your success is my objective

I thrive on the task of helping my clients achieve their online goals. That can be as straight-forward as setting up and maintaining your WordPress web site,  developing a plan to increase your sales using social media, setting up a Google Adwords account to help drive paid traffic to your site, or personalized training to help you learn how to manage your web site or social media.

My work is results driven

I’ve been providing instruction, training and consultation in end-user computer software applications since 1991.

My expertise in website development,  electronic forms, and training documentation have helped many small business owners and their staff, simplify and streamline their process, freeing staff resources for more time sensitive work.

As the former owner/operator of the Computer Training Center of Ventura County, I have first-hand experience running a brick and mortar shop. I know what it means to run a small business. I published a series of software curriculum instruction manuals for teachers and school districts to be used in the classroom, provided weekly software training courses for managers and support staff, and developed databases for fortune 500 companies.
